This is a dynamic dance workshop, specifically tailored to align with your school's unique themes and designed for participants of all ages and abilities. This engaging program encourages students to explore the joy of movement while developing a new skill in a supportive environment. As they learn various dance styles, participants not only stay active but also enhance their mental agility, which positively impacts their ability to tackle academic challenges. Through creative expression and teamwork, students will build confidence, improve focus, and foster a sense of belonging all essential ingredients for thriving both in the classroom and beyond.

Most hens dance the routine on the dance floor. 

Let me know the theme, and I will create a routine. 

Great fun and a bottle of bubbly provided for the Hen.

This one hour dance session can be used as a trial to see if this is something you.  

 It can also be purchased as extra hours if you feel you need them after completing one of the block hour packages.

If you feel fairly confident that this is all the time you need without doing a trial session, we can get you dancing confidently to your song choice.

Remember If you feel you need more time to perfect the routine the extra hours are available to purchase.

The complete package that will guarantee you both to feel confident on the dance floor. choice of hours will be discussed for example 2x1.5hrs 1x1hr or 2x2hrs and 1hr. Its entirely up to you.

No dance experience required and extra hours are available if needed.
