FitSteps is an energetic, up beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances.
It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and you don't need a partner.

Tap Fit is a brilliant blend of tap dancing, cardio movement, and light strength work — all wrapped up in a class that’s upbeat, sociable, and great for your overall fitness.
It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you’re brand new to tap or returning after a break.
BalletFit is a powerful and graceful workout that blends classical ballet with strength, flexibility and conditioning.
Open to all ages and fitness levels, it's designed to challenge your body and uplift your spirit.
You'll tone, sculpt and stretch while improving your posture and moving with elegance and strength
An energising one hour breakdance class led by Yani, Swansea Dance's highly skilled breakdancer and incredible role model. Kids learn real breakdancing foundations including top rock, footwork, freezes, spins, strength drills and safe techniques. Yani teaches in a fun, supportive way that builds confidence, coordination and discipline.
