Our mission at Swansea Dance is to provide high-quality dance lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. We believe that dance is an art form that can enrich lives and bring joy to individuals and communities.

FitSteps blends the magic of your favourite Strictly-style dances with a lively fitness workout that really gets you moving.
It’s a fun, energetic class that helps you improve your stamina, coordination, and overall fitness - and you don’t need a partner to join in.
The routines are designed to be accessible for all ages and levels, so everyone can enjoy the music, the movement, and the buzz of dancing.

Tap Fit brings together rhythmic tap steps, gentle cardio, and a touch of strength work to create a lively, feel-good class that boosts both fitness and confidence. It’s a friendly, welcoming session that keeps you moving, smiling, and picking up new skills as you go.
The class is open to everyone - from complete beginners to those who’ve tapped before - making it a great choice for all ages and experience levels.

BalletFit combines the elegance of ballet with targeted strength, stretching, and conditioning to give you a full-body workout that feels both empowering and refined.
It’s suitable for every age and fitness level, offering a chance to build strength, improve flexibility, and move with more control.
You’ll shape and lengthen your muscles, boost your posture, and enjoy moving in a way that feels graceful, focused, and uplifting.

Breakdance with Yani is confidence boosting fun, teaching both kids and adults to enjoy in a safe and supportive environment. Each class focuses on learning strong foundations step by step, including top rock, footwork, freezes, basic power moves, and musicality, all taught with clear progressions and plenty of encouragement.
Classes help develop strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and body awareness, while also building confidence, focus, and self-belief. Whether you are brand new to breakdance or have some experience, everyone works at their own level with options and adaptions throughout.

DanceFit with Leanne is a fun, feel-good dance fitness class designed to get you moving, smiling, and sweating without pressure or perfection. Each class blends easy-to-follow dance routines with upbeat music, creating an energising workout that improves fitness, coordination, and confidence.
Leanne's teaching style is warm, encouraging, and inclusive, making DanceFit ideal for beginners as well as those returning to fitness or dance. Routines are broken down clearly, with options throughout so everyone can move at their own pace and ability.
